Delete your Drooi account
You can permanently delete your account from Drooi at any time. This page is available even if you do not currently have the app installed.
Delete it yourself
- Sign in to Drooi.
- Open Profile.
- Scroll to Delete Account.
- Confirm Yes, delete.
Deletion is permanent and starts immediately. Your profile, uploaded photos, pets, provider listing, bookings, reviews, reports, messages, and other account-linked records are deleted, along with any waitlist or marketing-list membership held under the same email address.
If every required deletion step cannot complete, your Drooi account remains active so you can try again. Some external or uploaded data may already have been removed; retrying safely continues the cleanup without restoring or duplicating it.

Email hello@drooi.app from the address on your Drooi account, or use our contact form. We may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you before acting on the request.
Some limited records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations — including payment, refund, identity, and payout records held by Stripe. If you have previously unsubscribed from our emails, we also keep a record of that address so that deleting your account does not start the emails again. These records are access-restricted and are not used to keep your Drooi profile active. Deleted data may remain in encrypted backups until those backups expire. See our Privacy Policy.
